We can share our accomplishments thus far here and gain some accountability by posting up future goals for our friends and training partners to see.

Timeline - by January 31, 10
Current: 211 lbs Bodyweight

Current: 14 Pullups
Goal: 20 Pullups (by December 1)
Achievements to date: since April 2009 - 65 pounds lost, body fat percentage is in mid-20's (down from 41%), cholesterol down to 145 (from 220), and 41 total combined inches off so far. All while maintaining 142 pounds of lean body mass (thanks CrossFit)! I have approximately 30 more pounds to go to hit my goal weight and fully expect to do that no later than the end of December 2009.
ReplyDeleteCrossFit Goals: Unassisted pull-ups, Push-ups, and Box Jumps! I would like to hit a 300lb deadlift within the next 6 months and increase my back squat to at least 200lbs.
Since starting crossfit, i have gone from 27.5% BF to 18.5% Still need to lose a little bit of my tummy though. Going to start the Paleo lifestyle soon though! Old CF total was 885. My goals by Jan 1, 2010 is to have a 450 dead, 175lbs press and 375lb squat which would give me 1000lbs. My cholesterol used to be 375, now it is under 180 without the use of meds. Other short term goals are 10 consecutive double unders and to learn the pose running technique to help my times.

Started at 250lbs. Down to 229. Goal: 215 by january 1 2010. I have never done a pullup workout without a MOD. Goal Fran without MOD by january 1 2010. Current Bench Press 250. Goal 300. Current Squat 290. Goal 400. Current Deadlift 405. Goal 500. Current Total 820. Goal 900 by january 1 2010 and 1000 by march 2010.
